From December 11 to 14, 2025, CAPA Intérim teams gathered in Strasbourg to close out the year with a time of work, sharing and conviviality.

Capa Intérim is now located at 24 Grande Rue in Châteaubriant, in modern, spacious offices designed to offer our candidates and partners a more pleasant working environment.

Just like a regular worker, a temporary worker is entitled to paid leave to rest during the working year. However, the calculation, taking and payment of leave are subject to a number of specificities.

There are a number of advantages to working at night, and therefore out of step with the rest of the population, which are attracting more and more temps.

A temping contract is a temporary employment contract between an employee, a temporary employment agency (boîte d'intérim) and a user company. It must be written and signed before the temporary worker arrives at the company, or within 48 hours of the start of the assignment.
