Job Description and Missions

CAPA INTERIM, a general temporary staffing agency in LAVAL, is recruiting for one of its clients specializing in project management:

 

An Administrative Manager (M/F) 

As part of the team, you will play a key role in ensuring the company’s administrative operations run smoothly. 

 

You will greet visitors, clients, and partners in person and over the phone in a professional manner, while responding to their requests and directing them to the appropriate contacts.

 

You will also be responsible for receiving and distributing mail and packages, and will occasionally assist with the organization of internal or external events.

As part of this role, you will download the Request for Proposals (RFP) documents and any addenda on a daily basis, analyze the changes made to the documents, and ensure they are kept up to date.

 

You will be required to complete various administrative documents, including those related to the CEE and VAT, and will assist with the administrative preparation of technical reports.

 

On a day-to-day basis, you will also be responsible for organizing, archiving, and properly managing the company’s administrative documents to ensure their compliance and accessibility. You will draft and format various letters, minutes, and reports, paying particular attention to their quality and accuracy.
 

This position is initially offered as a temporary assignment with the goal of transitioning to an open-ended contract. The salary, ranging from €2,200 to €2,500 gross per month based on a 38-hour workweek, will be determined based on your experience and qualifications.

Profile required

We are looking for someone who is organized, thorough, and self-reliant, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a strong sense of priorities. 


You have significant experience in an administrative or secretarial role and are fully proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 


Basic accounting knowledge is preferred. 


Your writing skills, your commitment to customer service, and your ability to work as part of a team will be essential qualities for success in this role. 


 Previous experience in the administrative management of requests for proposals would be a real asset.
