A few weeks ago, Agathe Louis and Claudiu Radu, respectively Capa Intérim Agency Manager in Laval and Recruitment Manager in the impatriation division, went to Paris for a very special day!
Indeed, a month earlier, the team from Le Figaro’s “Itinéraire Entreprise” program had contacted our company. The idea? To present Capa Intérim, how we operate and the challenges of today’s job market to which our business responds on a daily basis. “We realized that local recruitment was not enough to meet the needs of our companies”: shortage of manpower in France, sectors and professions in shortage, qualified recruitment thanks to the creation of an impatriation division… Many subjects mastered by Capa Intérim for many years were discussed by Agathe and Claudiu during this filming.
