Job Description and Missions

Are you looking for a rewarding work-study program where you can learn and gain experience in the temporary staffing industry?
We are hiring a work-study student to serve as a Temporary Staffing Agency Assistant at our Sablé-sur-Sarthe office, where you will be part of our team’s day-to-day operations and develop your professional skills.

 

Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Customer Service and Relations:
    • Greet our clients and temporary workers, either in person or by phone.
  • Recruitment :
    • Write and post job listings on various websites.
    • Sourcing and receiving applications, analysis, and pre-screening.
  • Administrative Management of Temporary Workers:
    • Create registration files in our software.
    • Contract tracking, DPAE, timesheets, and medical exams.
    • Processing applications for health insurance cards and other administrative procedures.
  • Logistics support for temporary staff in the relocation department:
    • Searching for and managing housing (long-term or seasonal).
    • Vehicle Tracking: Garage Appointment
    • Provide various types of administrative support related to these two areas

Profile required

You are enrolling in a work-study program in human resources at the Bac+3 level.

Curious, organized, thorough, and energetic.

Interest in recruitment, HR, or general administrative work.

Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
