Temporary Employment Agency Assistant

Job Description and Missions

Join CAPA CHATEAUBRIANT, a dynamic and rapidly growing company, as an agency assistant on a permanent contract.

In this key role, you will be responsible for managing various tasks essential to the agency’s smooth operation:

  • Customer Service and Relations:
    • Greet our clients and temporary workers, either in person or by phone.
  • Recruitment :
    • Write and post job listings on various websites.
  • Oversee the sourcing and receipt of applications, as well as their review and pre-selection.
  • Administrative support for the agency: 
  • Drafting Employment Contracts / DPAE
  • Ensure the integration of new temporary employees
  • Track Temporary Employees’ Vacation and Absences
  • Track and update management tools: housing, vehicles, medical appointments, etc.
  • Sales Assistant: 
    • Meeting customer expectations: needs, legal questions, billing inquiries, etc.

You will also provide remote support to the CAEN office; no travel is required.

Profile required

For this position, we are looking for a responsive candidate with the following skills:

– Bilingual (Romanian / French) 

– Dynamic
– Previous experience in temping and/or sales assistance
– Versatile and adaptable
– Smiling, you are naturally customer-oriented
