CAPA INTERIM, a general temporary employment agency based in LAVAL, is recruiting for one of its clients, a specialist in stainless steel boiler making and heat exchange :
A Sales and Digital Assistant (M/F)
Reporting to the Back Office Sales Manager, you will join a team of 8 people and work on a daily basis with technical sales representatives, French and international clients, and the company’s various departments.
You will be responsible for the administrative management of sales, from order processing through delivery to customer payment. You will also assist the pricing/quotation department and the sales team in tracking bids and orders.
At the same time, you will help develop digital tools for sales operations.
You will create and maintain dashboards in Power BI, automate KPI tracking, and generate weekly and monthly reports.
You also contribute to the digitization of processes through Power Apps, automated workflows, and improvements to the company’s CRM.
Finally, you’ll help the sales teams get up to speed with the new digital tools.
Position available immediately for an open-ended contract at the GORRON (53) site.
Compensation based on qualifications.
