Job Description and Missions

CAPA INTERIM, a general temporary employment agency based in LAVAL, is recruiting for one of its clients, a specialist in stainless steel boiler making and heat exchange :

A payroll administrator (M/F)

Reporting to the Group Accounting and Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for the entire payroll process in a structured industrial environment. 

 

As such, you are responsible for preparing and checking pay slips, as well as managing social security declarations. 

You will also be involved in personnel administration, managing entries and exits, absences and monitoring employee files.
 

Profile required

With a Bac +3 in payroll management, you ideally have initial experience in a similar position.

You are familiar with Sage 100 RH Paie, Excel, Horoquartz and MyReport. 

Rigorous, organized and discreet, you enjoy working in a team and have good interpersonal skills.
