A Metal Fabrication Estimator (M/F)
Reporting to the Technical and Unit Business Proposals Manager, you will work closely with the company’s various departments to analyze customer needs and develop tailored technical proposals.
You review customer requests, perform functional analysis of products, and propose the most appropriate technical solutions.
You calculate production costs, taking into account materials and labor, and then prepare quotes within the specified timeframes.
You will also prepare the technical justification needed for sales proposals and participate in contract award processes as well as post-project reviews to analyze variances between the budget and actual results.
To carry out your assignments, you will use SolidWorks, TopSolid, AutoCAD, SAP, Excel, and Word, among other tools.
Open-ended contract position to be filled immediately at the GORRON (53) site.
