Job Description and Missions

CAPA INTERIM, a general temporary staffing agency in LAVAL, is recruiting for one of its clients that specializes in exterior thermal insulation:

 

An Equipment Service Manager (M/F)

 

You will be responsible for the administrative and logistical management of the company’s equipment. 

 

Your main responsibilities will be: 

  • Administrative management of equipment. This involves maintaining the equipment inventory database and preparing and filing delivery slips, issue slips, and return slips.  
  • Preparing equipment orders. You will be responsible for preparing equipment orders for job sites and verifying that they meet specifications.
  • Transportation Planning. You will organize and schedule deliveries and pickups of equipment.
  • Tracking equipment movements. You will record equipment receipts and issuances.  
  • Maintenance tracking. You will schedule maintenance tasks.  

Position based in Laval (53), with the possibility of travel to various job sites.

Immediate opening for a temporary position, with the possibility of an open-ended contract. 

 

Profile required

You have technical computer skills (Excel, Word, and Smartsheet). 


You also have experience in equipment fleet management and construction site logistics. 


You have knowledge of logistics management or ERP tools and scaffolding equipment. 


You are thorough and have a knack for organization and logistics planning. 



Experience in the construction industry or in construction site logistics is preferred.
