You will join a company specializing in meat processing.
Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will..:
- 1st transformation (slaughterhouse): slaughtering, preparation of casings, preparation of hides
- 2nd transformation: boning of beef quarters, trimming of beef cuts, degreasing, packaging.
You are serious, motivated and rigorous in your work.
Salary commensurate with experience.
