Every year, during the summer months, we organize a day of conviviality for the whole of Team Capa. So, on Friday June 28, the entire Capa Intérim team met up in Ploeren, in the heart of the Morbihan region, for a day of team-building full of laughter, collective challenges and well-deserved relaxation. It was the perfect opportunity to strengthen bonds between colleagues in a summer atmosphere… and a scorching heat!
A 100% collective morning challenge to strengthen team spirit
In the morning, teams embarked on an original activity orchestrated by the Balmaga agency: the assembly of a life-size cardboard 2CV, followed by a team race. A challenge that was as much fun as it was unifying, testing everyone’s mutual aid, coordination and creativity. The result? A massive dose of good humor, lots of laughter and a strengthened team spirit. Objective achieved!
After the effort, the comfort
After a tasty and well-stocked cocktail reception, Capa employees could choose between several free activities: a swimming pool to cool off, tennis ball for the more sporty, or shuffleboard for the amateurs!
Offering free activities was a wise choice to allow everyone to relax at their own pace while enjoying every moment, and above all, each other!
At Capa Intérim, working together also means sharing.
At Capa Intérim, we are convinced that cohesion is also achieved through these moments of sharing outside the workplace. These one-off seminars are essential for cultivating a positive group dynamic, encouraging team spirit and bringing our human values to life.
