From December 11 to 14, 2025, CAPA Intérim teams gathered in Strasbourg to close the year with a winter seminar focused on collaboration, sharing and conviviality.
These few days were an opportunity to take a step back from the past year, discuss future projects and strengthen links between employees, through structured working sessions and unifying activities.
On the program:
- team meetings to take stock and prepare for the future,
- a Murder Mystery that encourages team spirit and collective thinking,
- the visit to the European Parliament, a powerful and inspiring moment,
- discovering the Alsace Wine Route, between heritage and conviviality,
- and to round off the seminar, a festive evening on a barge, in a warm and relaxed atmosphere.
This winter seminar enabled us to strengthen team cohesion, share authentic moments and leave with renewed collective energy to tackle the challenges ahead.
