We are looking for a recruitment officer (M/F) / headhunter for our agency.
Your main mission will be to find profiles to meet our customers’ needs. You’ll need to be proactive both on the networks and in the field.
Your main tasks will therefore be as follows:
Recruitment
- Monitor the job market (needs in terms of resources and qualifications, changes in professions)
- Participation in local economic and institutional networks (public employment service, local authorities, etc.).
- Order processing & building customer loyalty
- Job visits and formalization of job descriptions
- Analysis and qualification of the position: work environment, hierarchy, missions and tasks, skills required, employment conditions (hourly rate, packed lunch, etc.), with the customer or sales representative.
- Evaluation and selection of profiles (based on CVs) in line with the position: taking into account customer and candidate requirements.
- Advertising and news monitoring on social networks.
In this position, you will mainly be on the move, both for our temps and for our customers: Western France.
Your remuneration: according to your profile and experience.
