An IT Technician (M/F) on Open-ended contract
Reporting to the IT Manager and working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, your main responsibilities will include :
Manage user incidents: diagnose, analyze and resolve faults
Provide local technical support (hardware and software)
Prepare, install and configure IT equipment (workstations, printers, peripherals, telephony, etc.)
Assisting and supporting users on a daily basis
Participate in updating technical documentation
Support systems and network administrators in their tasks
Contribute to ongoing IT projects
Manage stocks and orders for small equipment
The technical environment is mainly based on a virtualized Windows infrastructure.
Open-ended contract position available at the company’s site in GORRON (53), between Mayenne and Fougères.
