Your role:
Create, manage and develop the agency’s business from an existing base.
Build and lead your future team.
Develop the customer portfolio using your local network and your knowledge of the regional economic fabric.
Drive your sales actions with rigor and a sense of results.
Implement local and international recruitment solutions tailored to your customers’ needs.
Your profile:
You have an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong ability to develop a business.
You already have a network in Normandy, ideally in sectors such as construction, food processing or industry.
You have proven experience in recruitment, temping or business development (national or international).
You enjoy working independently, building a business plan and taking on challenges.
Your qualities :
Developer, commercial, negotiator, sociable, rigorous, customer satisfaction oriented.
