CAPA INTERIM, a general temporary employment agency based in LAVAL, is recruiting for one of its clients, a specialist in stainless steel boiler making and heat exchange :

 

A Communications Manager ( M/F)

Reporting to our Communications Manager and working closely with our internal departments, your main responsibilities will include :

 

 Deploy our communications strategy: ensure compliance with our graphic charter and Group values in France and in our foreign subsidiaries;

 Create compelling content: from copywriting to graphic design and distribution, you will produce a variety of content (web, print, press, newsletters, internal presentations, videos, etc.) that reinforces our image and helps develop our markets;

Promote our communities: develop our Group’s presence and reputation on social networks;

Manage our web platforms: help redesign our website and set up an intranet;

Organize events: manage the organization of trade fairs, open days and other internal or external events;

Optimize our visibility: understand SEO/SEA/GEO to optimize our positioning.

Your strengths: With a background in Communications/Marketing, you have significant experience in a similar position, ideally in a small or medium-sized industrial company.


Creative, analytical, adaptable and comfortable working in a team, you have what it takes to succeed in this position.


You have excellent writing and speaking skills in French and a good command of written and spoken English.


Organized, you know how to manage projects as part of a team.


You are also at ease with office tools (Pack Office, Microsoft 365) and graphic design software (Adobe Suite, Canva).
