Job Description and Missions

Join CAPA JOSSELIN, a dynamic, fast-growing company, as a Branch Assistant on an 8-month fixed-term contract to replace a maternity leave. This position offers a real opportunity to progress to a permanent contract.

In this decisive role, you will be called upon to manage a variety of missions essential to the smooth running of the agency:

  • Drawing up employment contracts 
  • Pre-employment declarations (DPAE). 
  • Weekly schedule follow-up
  • Managing medical visits

Your ability to welcome customers and temps will be put to good use during physical and telephone interactions.

Profile required

For this position, we are looking for a reactive candidate with the following skills:

– Dynamic
– Fluency in Romanian or English would be a real asset
– Previous interim experience
– Versatility and adaptability
– Smiling, you are naturally customer-oriented.
