Administrative Assistant (M/F)
Main tasks:
– Updating and analyzing databases on Excel
– Creating and distributing e-mailings via Sendinblue (Brevo)
– Entering prices into our ERP (Sage X3)
– Monitoring the application of contractual sales negotiations
– Preparing files for listing appointments (account plans and catalog analyses)
– Performing administrative tasks related to customer and supplier follow-up
– Organizing sales documents and managing customer relations.
Position to be filled immediately Open-ended contract (possibility of starting with a trial period on a temporary or fixed-term contract) on the company’s site based in MONTSURS (53).
35-hour week.
