Administrative Assistant (M/F)
Main tasks:
- Updating and analyzing Excel databases
- Creation and distribution of e-mailings via Sendinblue (Brevo)
- Entry of tariffs in our ERP (Sage X3)
- Monitoring the application of contractualized commercial negotiations
- Preparation of files for listing appointments (account plans and catalog analyses)
- Administrative tasks related to customer and supplier follow-up
- Sales document organization and customer relationship management
Position to be filled immediately Open-ended contract (possibility of starting with a trial period on a temporary or fixed-term contract) on the company’s site based in MONTSURS (53).
35-hour week.
